Veggie sandwich, deli sandwich, curried chickpea salad sandwich


Toast once from cold storage, on medium/dark to make soft.

Gluten-free pasta dishes, soups

Toast twice or broil.  Spread with soy-free Earth Balance (or your butter of choice) and sprinkle garlic powder on top.

​Egg with butter substitute, cinnamon, and agave nectar, or simply toast and add toppings without egg

Toast twice.
























Cut into squares and bake with light oil/seasonings until crisp. 

Cut into squares and bake in foil until warm.




Toast once.





Pan fry after soaking in egg or toast once.







Add oil or butter and grill.

Grilled veggie, pesto/chicken/mozzarella/tomato, traditional grilled cheese

Fry in pan with oil.


Bruschetta


Tomato, basil, fresh minced garlic, salt, olive oil

Broil with light oil until crisp; add topping.
